2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 80(2), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Petitioner is husband of the deceased who died of stomach pain. It was love marriage so allegation of demanding dowry is superfluous. Charge has already been framed in the case and petitioner is in custody since 22.7.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the
