JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 138(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail since 24.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 70 litres of wine. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seizure was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that co-accused Sintu Yadav has been granted bail vide order dated 02.04.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 15979 of 2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 24.04.2018 and he has no criminal antecedent

No. 15979 of 2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.
