2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 309(6) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., on 22.01.2025 at about 9 PM, the informant was returning home and as he reached near petrol pump, 3-4 unknown persons stopped informant's motorcycle, abused and snatched keys of motorcycle and thereafter, assaulted him, snatched mobile phone, cash of Rs. 15,000/-, gold chain from informant and also damaged his motorcycle.
4. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Rajballam Kumar, from whose possession looted mobile phone was recovered. No looted / incriminating article has been recovered from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68918 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
