2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 312 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made accused in this case on the disclosure made by co-accused Md. Dilkash, who was apprehended on spot. No incriminating article has been recovered either from possession or house of these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 928 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
