Case No. 126 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2018 and, as such, he has completed more than 2 1⁄2 months. He submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the liquor or the vehicle, which was used for transportation of the liquor.
