JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 476 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and also committed theft.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is dispute with respect to passing of water in drainage and further there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries sustained by the injured, were not found serious in nature.
