JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 232 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 47, 54 and 57 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is only a co-accused in this case. Referring to F.I.R., he submits that Mukund Baitha and Navnit Kumar @ Navnit Singh were sitting inside the Bolero carrying the liquor. The said Mukund Baitha has been granted bail vide order dated 25.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 4203 of 2018 and Navnit Kumar @ Navnit Singh has also been granted bail vide order dated 11.05.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 28422 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32521 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. case no. 232 of 2017.
