2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 380 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 354-B, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant with deadly weapon.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the clean antecedent of the petitioners, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 3rd Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 380 of 2023.
