The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2018 in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that the petitioner was apprehended with the motorcycle, the seizure list does not bear the signature of the present petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents but only on the basis of suspicion that the said vehicle was stolen vehicle; the petitioner has been taken into custody.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33379 of 2018 (3) dt.09-07-2018 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018.
