JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414, 379, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against this petitioner is that he along with others assembled near Dharampur Primary School with stolen bike for the purpose of sale and purchase.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like
