Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 324 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons, including this petitioner, came at the house of informant and started abusing the informant and on protest this petitioner gave iron rod blow causing head injury to the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case due to land dispute. The doctor has found the injury caused

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep PS case No. 76/ 2022, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
