2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Section 103 of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., some unknown miscreants shot dead husband of informant.

4. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Dharambir Kumar, who stated that he along with this petitioner committed murder of husband of informant with gun shot. In this regard, on the basis of confessional statement of Dharambir Kumar, illegal arms has been recovered, which were used in the alleged crime. There is audio clip in the mobile of co-accused Dharambir Kumar, which clearly goes to show that both of them

5. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
