Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code was added by the I.O. of this Case.

The victim girl was in love affair with the petitioner.

Allegation is that for non-fulfillment of dowry demand, the petitioner and others committed murder. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that since the family members of the victim girl were not agreeing for her marriage, she might have committed suicide after taking poison. After disposal of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59232 of 2017 (4) dt.12-02-2018 dead body, this case was lodged just to pressurize the petitioner and family members and there is no eye witness of the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 256 of 2017 arising out of Ramgarh Police Station Case No.103 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
