Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S.?Case No.113 of 2019 dated 3.7.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of demand of Rs.01 lac and for that torture her and thereafter killed her by hanging. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners happen to be brother-in-law (Bhaisur), fatherin-law and mother-in-law of the husband of the deceased. Allegations are general and no specific allegation has been attributed against them.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68572 of 2019(3) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. They have not controverted the above fact however, submitted that she died due to strangulation which will appear from the postmortem report..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Chapra, Saran in connection with Doriganj P.S.Case No.113 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
