The petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.07.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that during patrolling, the police heard a siren at Dak Bunglow Chowk and when the police reached near Punjab and Sindh Bank, they found the main gate of the bank opened and the petitioner was found there.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was employed in the bank to provide tea and in the night, the siren of the bank got blown accidentally. It is further submitted that except two mobile phones, no

Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the nature of accusation coupled with statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.587 of 2019. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
