2. The petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents to make suitable award for the land of the petitioner appertaining to Khesra No. 369(old), 882 (new), Khata No. 288, Thana No. 214, Area 10 dhurs, Mauza

Patna High Court CWJC No.15698 of 2024 dt.08-10-2024 2/3 Chandpur under Patori Sub Division, District-Samastipur, which has been demarcated without any notice to the petitioner.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner had approached before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Samastipur. Despite all the efforts, the same has not been considered and disposed of. It is further contended that identically situated land holder approached before this Court in CWJC No. 1321 of 2024, wherein this Court had directed the District Land Acquisition Officer, Samastipur to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four months. The petitioner seeks disposal of the writ petition in terms of the order passed in CWJC No. 1321 of 2024.

4. Learned Advocate for the respondents have no objection.

5. In view of the submissions advanced and the nature of the relief sought for, the writ petition stands disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Samastipur along with the necessary papers in support of his claim. If such a representation is filed within a period of four months from today, the respondent District Land Acquisition Officer, Samastipur shall consider and
