Petitioner has filed the present application for grant of bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2008 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 337/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
From perusal of para-6 and 7, it appears that petitioner was earlier granted bail by the learned CJM, Jehanabad but for the misuse of privilege of bail, his bail bond was cancelled and he has been taken to custody. He is in custody since 25.3.2018. Considering the fact that on merit he was granted bail by the court of learned CJM, Jehanabad and he has further served imprisonment for nearly two and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
