JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Near about 26 liters liquor, kept in several bottles, were recovered from a Van in which petitioners were found sitting and petitioners confessed their guilt and disclosed that they had to deliver the aforesaid liquor to FIR named other accused.

Petitioners are in jail custody since 27.08.2019 and do not have any criminal antecedent, accordingly, petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66487 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Jehanabad in connection with Excise Case No. 957 of 2019 arising out of Arwal P.
