The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in nutshell is that informant's daughter was married to co-accused Chotu Sharma. Informant received information that his daughter died and when he rushed to the matrimonial house of her daughter he saw that her dead body was lying near the door. Informant suspected that petitioner along with

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is father- in-law of the deceased and they have no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband. Husband of the deceased is already languishing in judicial custody. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 12.07.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
