Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and the name of this petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and, thereafter, petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt leading to recovery of 22 pieces of Rajnigandha and six packets of Surya cigarette.
