JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-payment of difference of arrears of salary for the period from March, 2002 to 30.6.2014 including D.A., HRA and MA for the period from 1.1.2006 to 31st of March, 2010. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other teachers have been granted the benefits of DA, HRA and MA as well as 12.5% interest on GIC. Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced others have been granted the benefit as claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with
Patna High Court CWJC No.20103 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 a direction to the University to examine the claim of the petitioner and if similarly circumstanced other teachers have been granted the benefit of DA, HRA, MA, interest on GIC as well as difference of arrears of salary for the period March,2002 to 30th June, 2014, the University shall calculate the entitlement of the petitioner and pay the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
