2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 420 of the IPC and 56(1) and 56(2) of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2019.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other coaccused persons are said to have involved in illegal sand mining and transportation.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a labourer and is a person of clean antecedent. There is no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74355 of 2025(2) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 recovery of deadly weapon from the possession of the petitioner.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Ara in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
7. After accepting the bail bonds, the learned Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bonds shall liable to be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
