Petitioners seek bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal history. Petitioners are in custody since 30.08.2019.
