Case No. 170 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 427, 323, 332, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and several others is of creating road blockade.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a lady and has falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to her and other accused persons have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48767 of 2018.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62819 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S.
