The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2018 in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two cases have been lodged against the petitioner one under the Excise Act and the other under the Arms Act. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he is being languishing in jail for almost five months. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33628 of 2018 (3) dt.11-07-2018 the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018.
