Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.33189 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
