Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No.59 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to pay the amount in question. He will pay 1/4th amount in one month and will pay the remaining amount in one year in 12 equal installments.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the undertaking given by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33217 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No.59 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. It is however made clear that in case, petitioner fails to abide by his undertaking, the court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
