After some arguments, Mr. N. K. Agarwal, the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to file a revision against the order passed by the licensing authority as also its affirmation by the Appellate Authority. Should such a revision be filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days, the same shall be looked into

Patna High Court CWJC No.20685 of 2019(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 and after providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to present her cause, the revisional authority shall pass an order within a further period of 60 days, giving reasons in support of the decision taken by him.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
