2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sectio 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Recovery is of 35 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 19.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (Excise), Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023.

7. The petitioners will visit Silao Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
