The petitioners are in custody in connection with Dehri-onSone R.P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017, a case under Section 3 of the Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act.
Allegation against the petitioners is of commission of theft of railway property (Coal). The petitioners have stated on oath that they have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 31.10.2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of five months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58244 of 2017 (3) dt.08-01-2018 2/2 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Dehri-on-Sone R.P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
