====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Kumar Sunil, learned counsel for the informant. The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 28.03.2018 in Chainpur P.S. Case No.35 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 384, 386, 307, 504, 506/34, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.

However, considering the nature of accusation made in the F.I.R. I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
