====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and others to have committed murder. The informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. The petitioners are female.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that case diary be called because some other eye witnesses have supported the allegation before the police.

Considering the aforesaid material, especially, the

No.58520 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 fact that the petitioners are female, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Benipatti Police Station Case No. 224 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
