The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barun P.S. Case No.85 of 2018 registered under Sections 379, 411, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 and 40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rule and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act.

The informant alleged that many people were illegally extracting sand and loading the sand on their tractors. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is alleged to be the owner of tractor. The tractor of the petitioner was hired for transportation of sand. It is further submitted that similarly situated other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34415 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.
