Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 544 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 406, 506, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are family members of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63358 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 husband of the complainant. They never made any demand for dowry and they are still ready to keep the complainant with honour and dignity. Petitioners have no criminal history.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 544 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
