JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2023 Instant pre-arrest bail petition is put up under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of mentioning slip filed by the petitioner on 22.3.2023 as there are certain inadvertent typographical mistakes in previous order dated 18.3.2023.

Let the words 'the petitioner who is husband of the informant' mentioned in second paragraph of the said order be read as 'the petitioner who is husband of the informant's daughter'.

Further more, the words 'informant Jeenat Khanam' mentioned in paragraph 2 of the said order be read as 'daughter of the informant Nuzhat Khanam'.

Similarly, the word 'informant' mentioned in conditions no.1 and 2 of the said order be read as 'daughter of the informant'.
