Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.41 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 323, 341, 379, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74565 of 2024(2) dt.28-10-2024 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, keeping in view the order passed by the Apex Court in the case of Satendra Kumar Antil v/s. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. as reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.
