The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2018 in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was taken into custody on the basis of C.C. T.V. camera footage but the petitioner is an employee of the shop, therefore, the story of false implication cannot be ruled out. It is further submitted that though it is alleged that Rs. 16,000/- was looted from the shop, there is no recovery from the petitioner save and except Rs. 1000/- which was his own money saved by himself. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.33703 of 2018 (3) dt.09-07-2018 the case and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018.
