The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jay Bajrang O.P. Camp (Mehsi) P.S.Case No1.70 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
AS per FIR, 49.800 ltr. of liquor has been recovered from the orchard of the petitioner.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the orchard does not belong to the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent as well as he has been falsely implicated in this case.
Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail as there is recovery from his orchard..

No.71548 of 2019(3) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
