1. The Writ petition is filed by party in person. But there was no representation on 08.05.2025 and as a last indulgence, the matter was directed to be listed on today i.e. 13.05.2025.
2. However, the record disclose that initially on 01.05.2018, the Writ petition was dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. Basing on MJC No. 1974 of 2018, the case was restored on to record.
3. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner, therefore, this Court finds that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18236 of 2017(6) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 petitioner has no interest evince with the matter, hence, the Writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
