Petitioner, already in custody since 8.7.2017, seeks bail in Yogapatti PS Case No. 230 of 2017, registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that earlier informant's sister was killed by her husband now her daughter by the family members including her father.
Submission is that the sister of the informant, wife of Awadhesh Choudhary, uncle of the petitioner died natural death and no case was instituted with regard to her death and in the present case also his daughter died natural death but all persons have been falsely implicated, there is no eye witness and Awadhesh Choudhary, father of the petitioner, was earlier admitted to bail by this Court. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Kamlesh Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM I, West Champaran Bettiah in connection with Yogapatti PS Case No. 230 of 2017.
