Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged Car from which recovery has been made does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
