JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is against the arbitrary decision of termination on the ground that the degree of BTC from Sewa Bharti Adhayapan Mandir, Sewapuri, Varanasi is not recognized degree. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20703 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 order as contained in Annexure-3 is now not sustainable in view of the clarification issued on 22nd January, 2019. Without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify the claim of the petitioner in view of Annexure-11 and if it is found that the degree is recognized by NCTE, the respondents may take appropriate decision in the light of Annexure-11 or any other clarification which they have issued in connection with the degree of BTC from Sewa Bharti Adhayapan Mandir, Sewapuri, Varanasi. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
