25-06-2018 Heard Sri Akhileshwar Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel assisted by Bimal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 30-01-2018 in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 341, 326, 307, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail purely on parity. By way of referring to Annexure 2 to the petition i.e. copy of order dated 27-04-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24661 of 2018, it has been argued that one of the co-accused in the present case has already been granted bail. It has also been argued that petitioner is having clean antecedent and dispute

In view of the fact that one of the co-accused has already been granted bail, clean antecedent as well as nature of accusation, let the petitioner namely Ankush Kumar Singh, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
