The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 379 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On making protest against the vending of the liquor, eight named accused persons including the petitioners descending at the house of the informant started slating and assaulted him. They intruding into his house took away Rs.25000/-, damaged the wall of the house and Vikky Singh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67065 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/3 gave dagger blow in his stomach.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Specific allegation of giving dagger blow on the stomach of the informant is on Vikky Singh. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused namely Babli Singh, Deepak Singh @ Dipak Singh and Rahul Singh have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33081 of 2019.

Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018,
