JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 This application for grant of regular bail arises out of N.H. Bangara P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018, dated 03.03.2018, which was initially instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, but later Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's name transpired on suspicion and, thereafter, he was arrested. His name was also taken by two other accused persons who were arrested in this case. However, there has been no

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also informed this Court that the petitioner is seriously ill in jail and in all other cases in which he was earlier made accused, he has been released on bail.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2018. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with N.H. Bangara P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018.
