1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the depiction of respondent no.4. Permission so sought is granted. Needful be done during the course of the day.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14815 of 2023(2) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) order(s) direction(s) to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment over the land bearing Kheshra no. 249 old new 13884 Khata No.1081 old which has been encroached by the private respondents no. 7 to 11 by constructing hut (jhopari) and blocked the way of the lord Shiva Temple."

3. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4, i.e. the Circle Officer, Rajnagar, DistrictMadhubani. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
