The Rules of the Government of Meghalaya is produced as Annexure-4. Rule 11(3) prohibits such President or Member to undertake any arbitration work while functioning in the capacity of a President or Member of the State Commission or the District Commission.

2. In such circumstances, the order is reviewed and the learned Arbitrator is requested not to proceed with the arbitration.
