JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought on record a copy of the order passed by the Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna dated 08.2.2018 whereby and whereunder the name of the petitioner has been removed from the list of debarred contractors. In view of the aforesaid, the Technical Bid Evaluation Committee by order dated 26.4.2018 has rejected the Bid of the petitioner on the sole ground that the name of the petitioner has been found in the debarred category. In such view of the matter the order dated 26.4.2018
Patna High Court CWJC No.17596 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 is set aside and the Technical Bid Evaluation Committee is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the fact that his name has been removed from the debarred list. The writ petition is disposed of.
