The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rajgir P.S. Case No.156 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ramrup Yadav, the informant alleged that he got his daughter married with Gorelal Yadav 17 years ago. His daughter got two children. His son-in-law is working in Ludhiana but father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law of his daughter were always torturing his daughter and they killed his daughter. The informant further alleged that the petitioners who happens to be co-sharer of the father-in-law of his daughter helped

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34511 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 the accused persons in cremating the dead body. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation of torture against the petitioners. Petitioners are villagers. Similarly situated other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IVth, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.156 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
