Petitioner is accused in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to local enmity and dirty village politics. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.08.2019.
